They created more room by moving the toilet and repositioning a vent outlet. They also replaced the old shower tub, with a tiled, curbless shower, allowing the easy movement of a shower chair in and out. The bathroom now looks much better than it ever did before. We recently had Steve do a partial remodel of two bathrooms. The coordination for materials and manual labor were performed in an outstanding manner. During the project a few changes were presented by us that was not part of the original work order. Steve and his crew adapted very well and made sure we were happy and satisfied with the final result. These comments is long overdue. Life just got it the way. My projects were completed several months ago. Steve is a very creative guy. He has many worthwhile ideas. Listen.. His ideas moved our projects up a notch. My wife is creative woman. I think I witnessed a Vulcan Mind Meld. Scary. Steve, Ed, Red, and Joey gutted the MBR Bathroom. Kitchen, and bult a custom wall mounted book shelf for the basement. Steve also built a custom butcher block shelf which attaches to the island. It's great for coffee in the morning. Our biggest issues were suppliers. I'd mention the big box store names here but not really interested in a legal battle. Steve documented (with his trusty iPhone) the progress of the projects as they went. There are many pictures of the work he did at our place on his website, Facebook, and who knows where else. His prices beat all others. His work is superb. My wife loves it. She has sent a picture or 10 to everyone she knows. Nothing but compliments. Did I miss something; probably. But, my next sentence covers it all. I WOULD RECOMMEND SS CREATIVE CONCEPTS TO ANYONE WHO ASKED; EVEN THOSE WHO DIDN'T ASK.

Our project was to install white tile in the kitchen and we are very happy with the finished product. Steve initially came to the house to do an estimate and then provided us with a work order listing every detail that we discussed. I purchased a home with a deck where the previous installers did not install the boards with enough spacing causing warping. Other companies did not know how to fix given the way it was constructed. Steve convinced me his team could do the repair work at an affordable price. He worked with me on the scope and his crew was efficient and friendly. I am truly amazed at the work done by Steve and his crew - Joey and Ed. They are true gentlemen and came to my rescue when I had a flood in my house. They installed new flooring, baseboards, drywall, and insulation. They also repaired some caulking in two of my bathroooms. They are skilled craftsmen and a pleasure to be around. Steve worked with Rose's designs and gave some great insights into how to do the bath and kitchen remodel as Phase 1, and then worked to help design Phase 2 and Phase 3 of our renovation project. Moving walls, doing new flooring, wiring, plumbing and the teams' amazing craftsmanship have made us customers for life. Phase 1 is done and was on time and within budget. While we move back into our kitchen and enjoy the beautiful master bathroom, we are looking forward to getting Phase 2 started in the Fall. Steve and his awesome team tackled the most difficult part of my bathroom reno. The built a new shower base with the Schlutter system, built a custom niche, moved plumbing, tiled floor and walls. It was HOA season, if you know what I mean. After 18 years of living in our home it needed a little TLC. Steve and his team came in and did a superb job fixing the areas around the home that needed repair. The exterior areas look better than new because they replaced all the rotten wood with PVC. Steve and crew came through again for us! They replaced rotted window sills & brick mold, reconstructed an exterior door jamb with pvc prior to door install, custom built porch step stringers/treads/risers. And a great job on the plumbing in the laundry for a newly installed sink! All following with an ELITE paint job! Steve and crew are TRUE PROFESSIONALS! They are so good at what they do(...like your cleaning people! Or your babysitter...you are reluctant to share!!! Incase they get too busy!!!😩)! SS CREATIVE CONCEPTS replaced a REALLY badly installed wall of bay windows with a BEAUTIFUL focal wall of doors opening out to our deck and backyard. It was NOT an easy task! Removing the bad stuff was more than 1/2 the battle but they got it all out and removed all the junk and every night left the worksite organized and cleaned up! SEVERAL HOT 8 hour days later “VIOLA!” A magnificent upgrade accomplished! Steve ‘S estimate was very fair and complete. He graciously adapted to some “on the go” changes we came up with! I hope we can post before and after pics here somewhere! The work is soooo well done and looks like it was always part of the living room, which is what we hoped for! Steven communicated so well all through the process, worked until the job was finished! And left with out a trace of refuse! I hired Steve at a friend’s recommendation and am glad that I did. He looked at the master bathroom and had great suggestions for replacing the flooring while changing out the vanity, top, and faucet, replacing the sink lines, and recaulking the tub. On 15 and 16 July 2019 Steve, Joey and Jason installed white risers on our staircase. Steve planned for a two day project and finished as scheduled. He always provides an estimate beforehand. The workmanship and professionalism of Steve and his men is above reproach. The end product has exceeded our expectations both for this project and the previous deck project this year. All work is meticulously accomplished and they put a great deal of effort in the work to make sure things are done right. They also clean up very nicely at the end of each day. My days of researching and contacting contractors for home improvement projects are over as long as Steve continues with his business. I highly recommend his services.

Steve and his crew did a very professional job on our small deck. Some of the wood was dry rotted. He capped the existing posts with vinyl and installed vinyl railings. Composite decking boards were also used. All trash was hauled away. Project was completed on time and in accordance with the Work Order he provided. We liked his crew's demeanor and dependability so much that we asked Steve to do another project for us. Job well done Steve!

SS Creative Concepts completed a laundry room relocation from the main floor to upstairs, converting old laundry room into mudroom, painted our master bedroom, and built new closet in master bedroom. They were all extremely professional and thorough in their work, provided solutions to complex issues, always upfront with costs and risks. They completed all of the work in a very timely manner and on budget. My family loves the new laundry room, closet, and mudroom and makes our lives much easier. Absolutely fantastic experience with Steve and his Creative Concepts team. Had both a kitchen remodel and Master shower remodel. Steve scheduled us quickly and stuck to the schedule while his team provided extremely high quality work from tear down to installing quartz countertops and cabinet upgrades for the kitchen and also the master bedroom shower tile. Steve built a wall unit in my living room a couple of years ago, and it turned out beautifully. Recently he and his crew returned to install mantel to ceiling trim above my fireplace and mount a TV. Where to begin? We had given thoughts about doing something with our kitchen for the last couple of years, but we just kept putting it off. It finally got to be too much for us and decided to research local companies and get some estimates. We weren't even really sure what we wanted, but knew we couldn't go any longer. Our kitchen was driving us crazy. We contacted several smaller establishments and some big chain outfits. Make no mistake, we knew going in that it wasn't going to be cheap, but was very surprised to see the cost differences in the estimates we received. In the end, we went with Steve Snyder's Creative Concepts, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Steve came over and immediately had a vision for what he though our kitchen COULD BE. He made suggestions I would never have even thought of. He provided a cost estimate that I thought was very fair and competitive. He's so knowledgeable about his trade, and hires quality employees. Steve and his entire team are pleasant, professional and take great pride in their work. It shows. Very meticulous. Steve and his team, did a complete demo of our kitchen, and created a "pass thru" in the wall from kitchen to the dining room. This really opened up the space. This involved re-routing some HVAC ductwork, relocating and updating electrical outlets. They installed recessed lighting in the ceiling, new flooring in the kitchen, dining room and entry way, cabinets, double sink and quartz counter tops. They installed all new appliances, garbage disposal, repaired some bad plumbing under the sink, and repaired some of the wood work due to the old dishwasher leaking...and lots of drywall repair and painting in the kitchen, dining room and other parts of the house. I'm probably forgetting some things, but Steve and his team can do it all. Our NEW kitchen is beautiful, functional and modern. I'm very happy with how everything turned out (and so is the wife), and we would highly recommend Steve Snyder and the entire Creative Concepts team for any home remodeling job. I'm sure we'll use him again in the future.
